How to turn off the conversation view(emails of the same topic are grouped together) in Gmail
Some users who works mostly on Outlook are not comfortable with Gmail's View(Conversation view).
This can be turned off to have a normal view(outlook type), i,e., Separate items for each mail.
The steps are as follows
Login to Gmail
On the top right, click the Gear icon>Settings
Under General tab,
scroll down to "Conversation View" >Select Conversation View Off
Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click Save Changes
