Authentication with the destination has failed- Scan to folder Error
Error:

scan to folder is configured using domain credentials, so everytime a user/Administrator changes his domain password, the same need to update on scan to folder configuration too.
The steps are as follows
Access the printer through web login(192.168.5.28)
Click login on the top right of the page
Enter the username/password as admin, admin
Device Management> Address Book
Select the required user(from the list) and click change
Under Authentication Information>Folder Authentication>Login Password> Change
and enter the new password click Ok
Go to the bottom of the page and click ok
