Cannot resolve the SMTP server. Check this setting… -Scan to Email Function
After configuring the mailbox and local IP address.
We need to configure the “Public DNS” inorder to have the scan to email function work.
Through the console, go to the Networking Tab,
Under configuration, select Network Identification
Enter the primary and secondary domain as 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4

Click save and test the scan to email function.
