Increase the size of email attachment in the Scan function on Ricoh printer.

Sometimes the user complains that they have scanned a bunch of papers but they have not received the scanned document.

In this case, we need to increase the email size limit on the printer's scanner setting. Please follow the below steps to do the same.

1. Go to 192.168.5.28 from the browser and login as an admin.

2. Then click on Device Management as shown below and go to Configuration.

3. Now click on Send settings as shown below.

4. Here you can change the size in the highlighted box and click on OK to save the changes.
