Attendance not updating automatically(Auto download not working)

Attendance logs are not downloading automatically (Auto download not working)

There’s a task schedule for downloading the attendance daily. But if it’s not downloading then do the following

Open task manager on server, processes and scroll down till Att_Downloader

Delete all the task pertaining to EZ attendance(i.e., Att_Downloader (32 bit))

Now wait for the next download time or download the logs manually through EZ Application
