Sales Missing/Not updated On Aloha CFC(Steps for Grinding Sales)

Issue: Sales is missing/Not updated on Aloha

Scenario: Its a rare case that, sales in not updating on Aloha CFC, to update the same we need to Grind the sales for that date.

Open the below location

C:\BootDrv\AlohaQS

and check the dated folder(eg: The sales for 1Jan2017 is missing, then check 20170101 folder is available or not)

if the dated folder is there, then follow the below command

C:\BootDrv\AlohaQS\BIN>grindq.exe /date 20170101

Normally, the above command takes maximum 1 minute to finish the task.

after executing the above command open the Aloha CFC and check the result
