Issue:
Unable to open Excel files
Error
: "There was a problem sending the
command to the program"
Solution
1) Open Any Excel file,
2) File> Options > Advanced
3) Under the General options uncheck the box "Ignore other application that use Dynamic Data Exchange (DDE)"
Click OK to finish.
