Print jobs not reaching to the printers (MyQ)

This happens only if there's a communication issue with the laptop and the print server

Check the following things

1) If the laptop is connected to WiFi, ensure its AE-Corporate.

2) Try to access \\192.168.5.30 (most of the cases, if the domain password is expired then the system will prompt the message "the password of this user is expired")

Change the domain password and try to access the above-mentioned path.

If you succeed to access the above path, then go ahead and print the document.
